  • We offer two shipping options: Expedited Express (via DHL or FedEx) and Standard Express (through UPS or USPS).
  • Expedited Express shipping typically takes around 4-7 business days, while Standard Express USPS usually takes 10-20 business days, and Standard Express UPS typically takes 7-15 business days.

  • Rest assured, we'll dispatch your order on the same day or the following business day after receiving payment. For orders placed before 3pm, they'll be shipped out on the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
  • To ensure a smooth and swift processing of your order, please provide us with your accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • Our pricing already covers both packaging and shipping fees.

Notice

    • We kindly request that you provide a physical street address or an alternative address as we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
    • Please be advised that, as per local customs regulations in Italy, expedited delivery has been suspended. All orders destined for Italy will be shipped via CNE.
    • For your convenience and security, we recommend using the same shipping address as your billing address. This helps us conduct a thorough fraud risk assessment on your order.
    • While we make every effort to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process, there may be occasional factors affecting express transportation that are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and support, and we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise.
    • All orders come with a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take 1–4 business days to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update in real time, but your package could still be in transit. If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, feel free to contact us for assistance.
    • If the tracking status shows "Delivered" and the delivery address matches the one you provided, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation. While we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we’re happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
